Abstract: We consider a strongly coupled predator-prey model with one resource and two consumers, in which the first consumer species feeds on the resource according to the Holling II functional response, while the second consumer species feeds on the resource following the Beddington-DeAngelis functional response, and they compete for the common resource. Using the energy estimates and Gagliardo-Nirenberg-type inequalities, the existence and uniform boundedness of global solutions for the model are proved. Meanwhile, the sufficient conditions for global asymptotic stability of the positive equilibrium for this model are given by constructing a Lyapunov function.

Abstract:

In this paper, we have tested the relationship between the stock returns, corporate performance and investment risks with the sample of listed companies in the agricultural, construction and financial industries in the A-share stock market. Descriptive statistical analysis, correlation test and regression analysis indicate that there is no relationship between stock returns and corporate performance, but there exists a positive correlation between the stock returns and investment risks in the construction and financial industries.

Microbial community structure in saliva from children of the Baoan nationality with or without dental caries in gansu, China

Abstract: Purpose: The purpose of this study was to compare the microbial colony composition in the saliva of children with and without caries in a regional ethnic group (Baoan) in China. Materials and methods: The recruited participants were aged 5-9 years old and from Bonan district, China. Eighteen samples (10 from subjects with caries and 8 from subjects without caries) were taken and divided into two groups respectively (BC and BH). These samples characterized by 16S ribosomal RNA (16S rRNA) were studied using cloning technology. A total of 900 clones were sequenced and 860 qualified reads were obtained for evaluating bacterial diversity. Results: The overall operational taxonomic units (OTUs) distribution of 16S rRNA gene clones indicated the difference between dental caries and caries-associated salivary microorganisms. The phyla of the samples with caries were the same as caries-free samples, namely: Firmicutes, Proteobacteria, Actinobacteria, Fusobacteria and Bacteroidetes. The family Micrococcaceae and the genus Rothia showed significant difference (p<0.05) between BC and BH groups, the amount of which were higher in BC group. Conclusion: Our data demonstrated that, at the phyla level, the predominant phyla in saliva of Baoan Children are relatively constant. However, at the genus level, the composition of microbial colony in dental caries and healthy teeth were of significant difference. Clinical relevance: The attention on the prevention of caries in children should not be only paid to the traditional cariogenic bacteria, but also to the microbial colony composition of saliva

Abstract: In this paper, we study the dividend payments prior to absolute ruin in a Markov-dependent risk process in which the claim occurrence and the claim amount are regulated by an external discrete time Markov chain. A system of integro-differential equations with boundary conditions satisfied by the moment-generating function, the nth moment of the discounted dividend payments prior to absolute ruin and the discounted penalty function, given the initial environment state, are derived. In the two-state risk model, explicit solutions to the integro-differential equations satisfied by the nth moment of the discounted dividend payments prior to absolute ruin are obtained when the claim size distribution is exponentially distributed. Finally, the matrix form of systems of integro-differential equations satisfied by the discounted penalty function are presented.

Abstract: In this paper, we consider the dividend payments prior to absolute ruin in a Markovian regime-switching risk process in which the rate for the Poisson claim arrivals and the distribution of the claim amounts are driven by an underlying Markov jump process. A system of integro-differential equations with boundary conditions satisfied by the moment-generating function, the n th moment of the discounted dividend payments prior to absolute ruin and the expected discounted penalty function, given the initial environment state, are derived. Then, the matrix form of systems of integro-differential equations satisfied by the discounted penalty function are presented. Finally, we obtain the integro-differential equations satisfied by the time to reach the dividend barrier.

Abstract: The author composes a questionnaire about conditions of preschool children’s family music education. The survey includes 280 preschool children in a city of Shandong province. It finds that most parents have recognized the importance of early childhood music education, but there is the tendency of utilitarian. The content of family music education emphasizes on profession instead of life. Parents lack of enthusiasm for family music education. They do not care about the family music education of 0-3 year-old children.

Abstract: The preschool education major in colleges and universities is the subject to cultivate kindergarten educators. The compulsory dance class in preschool education major is a professional basic class to cultivate the ability of dance teaching of students. Dance teaching of preschool education major in colleges and universities should reform boldly in terms of course content, means and approaches based on the cultivation target and starting out from practicability. Also, dance teaching should be simple but profound, follow in proper sequence, be lively and rich in variety, mobilize the enthusiasm of students, stimulate their comprehension ability, give full play to their ability of creation and realize switch from “successive learning” to “innovative learning”.
